Sabr's menu is a coffee lover's dream, featuring a range of manual brews priced at ₹200 each, including the V60, Chemex, and Aeropress. A standout choice that guests rave about is their Flair 58 Espresso, which is priced at ₹300 and reflects the meticulous technique employed by the baristas. Beyond coffee, the menu also showcases a selection of delightful craft beverages such as Vietcano, Classic Affogato, and a refreshing Cold Mocha. For those seeking a refreshing twist, the Ginger Basil Lemonade is a must-try that captures the essence of summer in each sip.

What lingers in your memory long after tasting the coffee is the sheer enthusiasm and warmth of the owners. As customer Anushreya Asthana beautifully puts it, "Name defines it—sabr (patience). This sentiment echoes through every review, as patrons have lauded the cafe not just for its gastronomic offerings, but for the positive energy radiating from Hitesh and Ipsa. Tara Agarwal highlighted an unforgettable experience saying, "The coconut iced cappuccino coffee is better than the one I've had in Vietnam," affirming Sabr’s position not just as a place to drink coffee, but as a locale that evokes nostalgia and dreams.

For those who fancy something beyond coffee, Sabr’s offerings include rich Hot Chocolate, delightful Craft Iced Tea, and a unique Blue Pea Lemonade. The best cup of coffee in Goa - hands down. We had to search far and wide to find a spot like this - a cosy space with the warmest people that are very passionate about everything they serve and absolutely nail it with the coffee! You can have your coffee in so many ways and they’re all perfectly concocted!

A hidden gem! After five days in North Goa searching for specialty coffee, I finally found the perfect spot. Their V60, made from coffee beans fermented with banana leaves, was exceptional, and the chocolate toast was the perfect pairing. A must-visit for coffee lovers!

Highly recommended!! I recently discovered this place & since then I’ve been going there regularly cause the coffee they serve is sooo goood! It’s a bit tiny space so, if ambience is something non-negotiable for you then this place is not for you. Things to try on the menu: Coconut cream coffee Iced Coconut Cappuccino Banoffee Coffee

If you’re in Goa and crave one really good cup of coffee a day, Sabr Coffee in Siolim is the spot. It’s a cozy little haven with spectacular coffee that doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket (finally!). I spent the morning there reading, getting some work done, and just soaking in the peaceful vibe. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down in the best way. Hitesh and Ipsa, who run the place, are absolutely amazing—genuine, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they’ve created. And the highlight? For my birthday, I got to experience their coffee on the beach session. Watching the sunrise with a fresh pour-over in hand, waves crashing nearby, it was one of those rare, grounding moments you don’t forget. If you’re ever in Goa, make time for this place. It’s more than a café, it’s a vibe.

Stumbled upon Sabrr Coffee while staying at The Pause Project (the café is right below), and what a gem! As someone who tried coffee at many places across Goa, I can confidently say this was some of the best coffee I’ve had. Hitesh and Ipsa, the owners, are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about coffee — it shows in every cup. I loved chatting with them and learning a bit more about different brews and beans. Their cortado and coconut hot cappuccino were absolute standouts — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Honestly surprised this place isn’t more popular yet. If you care about quality coffee and want something beyond the typical tourist cafés, Sabrr Coffee is a must-visit.
